| Bio: | I was born a long time ago in a place far, far, away from here. Well, more or less--I was born in the Missouri Ozarks, back before the Internet even existed, when people had to communicate with their friends and family by carrier pigeon, and got the news from the occasional old newspaper, lost traveler, or wandering fur trader. I have a wide range of interests, some of which are interesting to other people. These include classical studies, historic clothing and needlework, orchids, the Society for Creative Anachronism, art history, science fiction and fantasy, and, well, stuff.
There are people who find a certain childish amusement is trying to use people on their friendslist to pry their way into other people's locked posts. This is tacky, and while I'm pretty certain no one I've friended is likely to do this, I'd just like to reaffirm that if you are the sort of person who does this, you ain't no friend of mine--and probably not of Big Bill Taft's either, if he was here to speak his mind.
